Here at Crossroads we believe that Water Baptism is an important step in following Jesus. That is why we offer baptism classes to anyone 12 years of age and up. The class are given multiple times throughout the year and cover what it is to be baptized. The classes are taught by one of our church Deacons.
Before attending try and answer these questions:
How did you come to accept Jesus as your Savior?
What kind of difference has it made in your life?
Why are you choosing to be baptized?
What is your favorite Bible verse and why?
Matthew 28:18-20
18 Then Jesus came to them and said, All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me.
19 Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit,
20 and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age.
Acts 2:38-39
38 Peter replied, Repent and be baptized, every one of you, in the name of Jesus Christ for the forgiveness of your sins. And you will receive the gift of the Holy Spirit.
39 The promise is for you and your children and for all who are far off for all whom the Lord our God will call.
